Documents
Presentations, pages and forms at their own address
What Documents are
Not everything you make belongs on your website. A sales deck, a price list, an event page or a form often lives a life of its own. Documents is a section of its own in the dashboard, where you create that kind of content and publish it separately from your site.
You pick the kind of document you want: a presentation, a text document, a diagram, a form, a single web page or a brand book. You tell Kamu what it should contain and edit the result in Studio. A published document gets an address of its own on Kotisivukamu's servers, and you can share it as a link with anyone.
Documents is in beta. The feature is rolled out gradually, and we develop it based on feedback from users.
A presentation you share as a link
Make a sales deck or training material and publish it as a link. The recipient does not have to download a file or install anything, because the presentation opens in the browser.
A single page without a website
A campaign page, a price list or event details at an address of their own. The page is separate from your actual website, so you can publish it and remove it without any changes to your site.
Forms and diagrams
Make a sign-up or feedback form whose answers are sent to the address you choose. With a diagram you can show your service process to a customer clearly.
Password protection when you need it
You can protect a document with a password if it is meant only for a certain group. The address of a published document stays the same even if you change its name.
How it works
Pick the kind of document
Open the Documents section in the dashboard, give the document a name and choose the type: presentation, document, diagram, form, web page or brand book.
Tell Kamu about the content
The document opens in Studio. Say what you want in the chat, and Kamu writes the content and the layout. You make later changes the same way.
Publish and share the address
A published document gets an address of its own on Kotisivukamu's servers. You share it as a link, and updates show up at the same address.
Documents is included in your subscription and is not billed separately. Creating and editing documents uses Kamu credit, the same credit as the other AI features.
Try Documents
Documents is in the dashboard, under the same subscription as your website. Start with a website and you get Documents at the same time.
