Kamu Balance
Kamu Balance covers site builds and the edits you make in Studio. Chatting with Kamu is free. A typical editing session costs 1-3 €, so the monthly balance in Pro covers a few sessions. The balance is team-wide and shared by all of the team's sites, and you can top it up whenever you like. Studio shows your balance in real time.

What subscription options are there?
The trial is free for 30 days and needs no card. Lite is €3.90/mo (€46.80/yr, billed annually) and covers maintenance, hosting and the manual editing tools. Pro is €9.99/mo billed annually (€119.88/yr) or €13.99/mo billed monthly, and both accrue €10 of Kamu Balance per month. Prices exclude VAT.
When does the subscription start and when do I pay?
Your subscription starts only when you point your own domain at the site. Until then you can preview it as long as you like at no charge. You do not pay a cent before the site is actually in use.
What is the Kamu Balance?
Kamu Balance is spent when Kamu does the work: when you ask for changes in Studio, or the site is rebuilt. The balance is team-wide and shared by all of the team's sites. Pro accrues €10/mo and the balance is valid for 12 months. Lite and the trial accrue no monthly balance, you top it up when you need it. Every new user gets a one-off €5 welcome balance. A site's first build costs nothing, and chatting with Kamu never does.
What if I no longer need the site?
A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. A yearly plan runs to the end of its term. In both cases you get the site's source code and can keep using it yourself or with another provider.
Why is there no cookie banner?
Because Kotisivukamu sites use no cookies and no third-party tracking tools, a banner is not needed. Visitor tracking runs on lightweight analytics that stores no personal data.
What about marketing tracking pixels (Facebook, Google)?
Tracking pixels are installed as extra work for about €20, and that includes adding the cookie notice the site then needs.
