Is my number visible on the page?
The number is in the link address, so anyone who looks at the link can see it. If the number should not be public, a contact form is the better option.
Can submissions from the site’s form arrive in WhatsApp?
Yes. New enquiries from Kotisivukamu forms can also arrive as a WhatsApp notification. That is separate from this button, which opens the customer’s own chat with you.
